Over the last ten years I have helped people from 0-100+ to find their way into music, and to find ways to overcome barriers to taking part in creative activity.

I have thousands of hours of experience supporting children and young people with SEND including extensive work in specialised ASC settings, in residential MH care settings, hospital wards, alcohol+substance recovery programmes, neuro-rehab care, hospice care and day services.

I work with musicians and other artists who might be struggling to stay connected to their creativity in times of difficulty or ill health, and with older people who are living with dementia and other degenerative health conditions.
